i ripped 5 of my muscles in my upper body trying to get to the bathroom in time, pulling myself up and down the stairs, and just using my upper body to get around.
with diapers im not only safe from the uncontrollable accidents, but i dont have to strain my upper body trying to rush to to the bathroom and hauling myself on and off the toilet hoping i make it.
i was prescribed muscle relaxers and naproxin and am feeling much better, but not having that sense of panic all the time is a relief.

Wow, Justj, that was really rough on you. Yes, good diapers are something to be grateful for.

john - yea its been really rough. ive learned a lot about myself though (and what doesnt and does work for my incontinence). i met a new friend who also has ic issues (not as bad as me but they wear pads) so thats good. but its been really rough.
