I agree that what type product you choose is not only based on absorbency. Our daughter needed the occasional diaper through age 11 due to daytime wetting issues. It wasn't often, maybe 12-18 times a year. A pullup product would have worked fine for her. But she considered Goodnites and another pullup (Tranquility I think) too itchy and Underjams weren't invented yet. Any embarrassment of laying down for a diaper was outweighed by the need for comfort.

Rob, is there a particular powder, etc you use to relieve the sweating?

I dont use powder for sweating..although i should problably consider start doing so.. but powder in the past had been used with mixed results.. Im a bit nervous about getting it all over my carpet.. I think sweat might be offset by airing out, that is going without protection as often as possible. sorry i dont have something to recommend at this point.. but..shaving the pubic area does tend to cut down on both sweat, itchiness and odor.. you might want to try the same..
