I don't tend to feel any sensation other thenvibrations unless very full and sometimesgets painfully until i go.

Sometimes I wet myself without knowing most times I can feel it. I feel like the bladder has a mind of its own.

Started when I hurt my back later found out that I have nerve impingment at l4/l5-s1. While out I am afraid to unload my whole bladder luckly hasn't but different amounts all the time

You should see a doctor. They could tell you exactly what kind of bladder loss you have. My guess is, if you've already been to a doctor to evaluate nerve damage at L4/L5 S1, then you may already know. Talk to your doctor.
