My uninary condition is such that I leak pretty much constantly (or so it seems) but today was very unusual. I have has one of the most stress filled days at work I've had in years. Long story short I needed to chase a bunch of money owed to my company. What I noticed is that as the day went on and the stress became greater I seemed to leak more & more. So much so that I had to change 3 times in the same amount of time it takes to use 1 diaper. Thinking back on the day I did not have anymore to drink than normal. Is this common that stress causes one to urinate more? Has anyone else ever noticed something like this?

Stress can cause a lot of boby functions to work abnormally. I offen experience heavier wetting when I am stressed regardless of the amount of liquids that day. Nerves tension and stress can cause one to go more. If it gets worse you may wish to speak with your doctor about it. Hope that helps take care

I can confidently tell you that I wet more on busy/stressful days. Just the way things work. If I'm sitting at my desk all day one thick diaper might be enough to last me till I get home, but if I am active and busy doing things I'll need at least two, sometimes three.

happens a lot at work when everyone is busy and one is spread to thin, I wet lots more and usually need to get home quickly.

Hi yes the incontinence will go up and down with stress,as a point I play a doubleheader in softball one night a week and that night will wet alot more than my intake also no ahcohol was drank.I have urge incontinence.
