| Post subject: | The If, Then paradox. |
I am sure I am not the only one dealing with the If, Then Paradox of all these issues. I went to an amusement park with my parents, nephews, and neice that are here in Pa. for the summer. Well dang, am I paying for it today? Seems like everything I do is an If, Then right now. If I take pain meds (Just Dual action), then I have issues with my bowels all day. If I try to clean up around my apartment, then my bowels act like crazy, and my stomach hurts all night. My Mom is kind of worried because a lot of the things I need to do are not getting done around my apartment, and I don't have much energy. All of this I am going to bring up to my PT next month and see if she thinks I should push to get my big yearly blood work test done asap, and see if something is off because I was better before the weather changed and it got hot out. |
