Just checking in and letting others know that I still monitor this board daily.

I continue to use old-fashioned tap water enemas to manage my fecal incontinence and seem to be rare in that regard. My docs still approve of this. However, these days when one mentions the word "enema" most people immediately think of the Fleet enemas.

Hi Patrick. I think one reason for the diminished number of new messages here may be because most of us are "old-timers." We have been able to manage our incontinence as well as can be expected. I suspect that most of us are not experimenting as much as "newbies" would with new solutions as we have found methods that are reasonably effective.

I am still incontinent and in diapers so nothing has changed on that front just navigating my way through these crazy times.
