I recently had a chance to receive a sample of Carer’s M74 and try it out. As several other of the Carer incontinence products, these are meant for light to mild incontinence.

On the outside, it looks like a stylish boxer brief. Made of brocade, polyester & spandex, it has that microfiber feel to it; seems to wick-away sweat/moisture. Great for hot or humid weather. The inside pouch is lined with some absorbency and a liner to prevent seep through leakage. It is rated to absorb 80ml (about 2.8oz).

Overall, it’s a pretty good option if you just need something for dribbles to light/mild incontinence.

Here’s a link to the product: https://bit.ly/45xH2qU
