Against my better judgement i bought some and they arrive tomorrow. The last time i got them (when they first came out) the tabs continually ripped. Thinking they had fixed the issue i bought some but looking at the reviews they havent! The person at LL medico said it depends on the batch.

I hope i didnt just throw $100 down the drain....

Can you reinforce the tabs with duct tape or some other hardware tape? You would need to keep a pair of scissors handy for changing, but it might save you some of your investment.

Unfortunately with my hands being kind of weak using duct tape etc is extremely difficult.

on my second one and no rips.
