Two Cups of Coffee

Fortunately for me, I even have a "prescription" for coffee in the morning. As I have neurogenic bowel (nerve damage), my SCI rehab doc wants me to drink a cup of coffee each morning to help stimulate defecation. Two cups of coffee are even better.

I am glad that you have found coffee to help you! And I do not have an issue with my bowels, it just hits my bladder hard. I wish I could still drink a lot of it.

I am at work now and I just realized they did not give me decaf coffee this morning. I realized as this is my second jog to the bathroom. I guess I am glad I brought a change
