The more I look at them the more they don't seem worth it so I guess it doesn't matter anymore haha

The XP 5000 is XP Medical’s “house brand” diaper introduced in 2020. Its absorbency is comparable to Better Dry, Abena, and other diapers in that category. It has a maximum useable (note: “useable”) capacity 74 oz. in size Large. 
That is a tad less than BetterDry but close enough that the difference should not be noticed. However it is a bit better than Confidry or Abena.
It has hook and loop tabs and a wide crotch. Its internal standing leak guards have been measured at 1.5”. That is acceptable, but not great for those of us who are bowel incontinent.
Reviews generally have been favorable.
Recently the XP 5000 cost $1.95 each in size Large when purchased by the case. That is expensive but competitive witih most premium diapers.
Please note that today XP Med is out of the XP 5000 diapers in all sizes except XL.
