Does anyone have experience with the Rezum Method?

Hello,
I am currently considering prostate surgery, and I would be interested to know if any of you have experience with the Rezum method. It is supposed to be very gentle - the question I ask myself is whether it really is, and how effective it is. The size of the prostate and PSA would fit me (only BPH).
