Abscesses/mrsa and diapers.

I have a history of mrsa and abscesses that come and go. I have a flare up right now on my right butt cheek and sometimes it bothers me when diapered. I’m trying to air out as much as I can. Anyone else get these and how do you cope? I see my primary care doctor tomorrow about a wound on my left ankle and will bring this up to her as well.
