I have mild nighttime incontinence and use a small pad in bed. Daytime is generally fine.

Recently, during the day, I've sometimes felt like my urethral sphincter has been relaxed. Consequently I clamp down to make sure it's closed. This then leads to a bit of pee escaping.

Has anyone else experienced this?

You might request referral to a physical therapist for Kegels instruction. If you are doing them incorrectly, they won't work. Good luck.

Trying to arrange a chat with doctor.
It's frustrating because I have to roll the dice on if I should try clenching or stay at is.
