Attaching a photo in PM

Hi Batman! Thank you for looking into the issue for us. You said “ The limit for attachments is 25MiBs.” I think that the file sizes were pretty small that I tried to send, like under 1 Mb (megabytes).
I looked up MiB compared to MB on google…. Here’s what I copied and pasted:

Megabyte (MB)
1 MB=1000*1000 bytes= 1000000 bytes or 1000Kb

Mebibyte (MiB)
1 MiB=1024*1024 bytes= 1048576 bytes or 1048.576 Kb

I think that means that the site capacity is 23.8 Mb file attachment size, well over the 1 Mb file I was trying to send. Did I do the math right? What am I missing?

Your math looks correct. I can see Schoppy had set it up to allow 4 attachments to a PM. I will have to refer to him now as I do not want to change any of the settings he has set.
