I have been having issues with testicle pain. My urologist keeps telling me I need to wear a joke strap. Somehow she thinks that will work wearing one over my northshore megamax  . I have tried a shirt that snaps in the crotch, and while that helps support my brief, It offered very little testicle support. Any suggestions anyone?

Roadracer, over the diaper you might consider wearing a pair of sport compression pants. I do that to hold the diaper firmly in place when I do not wear a onesie. The compression pants do a much better job of providing support. I use the Underarmour pants, but any should work well. If you go this route you may need to experiment to find the best fit. --John (double incontinent) |

This may sound a bit crazy but what about taking a jock strap and cutting a hole in it for your penis to go through? The jock strap would get wet to some extent along with your diaper but you may not have to change it every time you change your diaper. If you try this you will need several to rotate in and out of but at least jock straps are fairly cheap, only around $10 at Walmart. |
