I ordered a new batch of Abena's plastic-backed L4 briefs last week (in the UK they are marketed as Drylife X-Plus and you can only get them from the Drylife group, e.g. Incontinence Shop, Nappies R Us). Previously when I've removed the tapes from these briefs they ripped the plastic underneath, which not only results in the stuffing getting out (and with it, urine) but it also makes the "second chance" feature useless. Well, these new ones no longer have that defect: when you pull the tapes off, only the tapes come off and the plastic underneath stays intact.

Not sure what led to this, whether it was consumer pressure or their own quality control, but it's a welcome change even though I never use them during the day and don't need the second chance.

My parents like the M4 for me. But it is too high waist in my opinion. Otherwise ok.
