My PCP office caught on fire this afternoon during a wind storm. The transformer pole fell on the roof and exploded. No news of anyone hurt yet but look really bad on video.

I Will update you when I hear anything but looks like I might not have an appointment next week.

That sucks, but does he have an alternate office that he could see you at?
My PCP came down with COVID-19 3 months ago and was out for 6 weeks. When he came back he really wasn't up to speed in his head. That's not a really confidence building condition for a doctor. He truly believed that there was nothing to do for COVID at the onset of symptoms, so he just suffered through it. Guess he didn't keep up with the literature.

They are not seeing people for some things as that side of the building needs some patchwork. (They do Xray and other things on that side) The fire really just burned off the tar or rubber from the roof so it is covered now but needs better fixing as far as I have been told.

As far as I know, noting has been canceled at this point.

Okay, another update. We got a bad rainstorm yesterday and it caused a lot of the damage done to be shown. So, at this point, there are no longer seeing people at my PCP office until repairs can be made. Got the call about it this morning. Sucks, but they are trying to get people seen at other offices by there PCP. So might have to travel a bit more but it will work out.
