I usually use the Chrome browser in Incognito mode to avoid getting saved cookies to diaper stuff. But sometimes however, the shopping cart doesn't work in that mode, so I have to use normal mode where cookies get added. This of course later leads to embarrassing ads.

Ya, you can tell them the ad is inappropriate/whatever but that doesn't take effect immediately and often that preference setting gets forgotten. Oh joy oh bliss! I could delete all cookies after or try to selectively delete them. What a hassle.

With this kind of "squealing" on me, I am caring less and less about who knows about my disability. It's difficult to keep a secret these days.

Yep, Me too. I was on NorthShore care and then every website I was on had an ad for them.

Delete cookies, delete search history ya da ya da. It is a pain in the butt to have happen but that is how they make extra cash so.

I suggest giving the owner of Northshore some direct feedback.
I think the Alan guy owns the company.
I totally agree their embarrassing pop-up ads are intrusive and very annoying.

fanoftherichISC:

I need to use Chrome for my work but you did give me an idea.

Since I use Macs, I could use Safari for problem shopping carts. It is already installed and can be cookie polluted as much as it wants. I otherwise never use Safari at work.
