I saw my orthopedic surgeon today. I'm having a ct scan on Monday which will determine if I have a below the knee amputation. I follow up on Friday for the decision. It's looking like the end result will be amputation because I'm just not healing. I'm in constant pain. I take tramadol er and oxycodone but I dont want to be eating pain pills for the rest of my life. I don't know how long recovery will be but I know I will have to go to rehab. I have a feeling I'll be back to having people change my diapers for awhile. I just want the pain to go away.... |
