Hi Guys!

For the past 10 consecutive days, I have had no urgency/OAB/incontinence and on work days with a predictable schedule, I have stopped wearing any kind of protection! (I used to have OAB as soon as I put the key in my lock to my home like clockwork). I think this might provide hope to those who are suffering from light incontinence.

I have made a few changes since about Christmastime that might have helped:

Vitamin D3 every few days - Vitamin D deficiency has been linked to incontinence
Reduced my antipsychotic medicine from 10 mg to 5 mg - Antipsychotic meds are linked to incontinence
Started daily yoga targeting the pelvic floor and hips - Pelvic floor dysfunction can lead to incontinence

It might all be a coincidence but something seems to have worked!

Good for you icgirl! I wouldn't dare play with my dosage, I hope this works well for you long term.

Anti-depressants. I become a genuine a-hole if my dose is lowered. No fun for anyone to be around me.
