Hi, Kim, and welcome to the forum. As you may know, stress is a known trigger for people with a history of childhood bedwetting to begin to wet the bed in adulthood. You mentioned that you have a demanding job and that job stress is not new for you, but have other stress factors recently come into your life, i.e., a new job, relocation to an unfamiliar city, buying a home, marriage/divorce, becoming a parent, loss of a close family member or friend, etc.? Any one of those factors, or a combination thereof, could have caused you to revert to bedwetting.
I'm glad that you chose to have a medical workup to rule out any underlying illness. Hopefully the primary care and/or specialty exams included lab work as well. I'm happy to hear that your doctors didn't find a medical concern.
You appear to have a well-adjusted attitude about wearing diapers - you're miles ahead of most people, and it seems like you're managing your sleepwetting well. I would continue to wear protection nightly for a couple of months and re-evaluate the status of your wet nights. I would pass on the urine-suppressing meds. I'm sorry that bedwetting has reared its head. I hope your wetting stops soon and I wish you all the best.
