I have weak pelvic floor muscles

Which is evidence by moderate post micturition dribble. I uncontrollably pee when having a poo. I have very weak erections if at all. Unless I'm desperate to pee I seem to have a weak stream and I don't pee directly, it comes out unevenly and splashes with after-dribble. I use pads and have become lazy. I don't do kegels. I know I should. I'm on a high dose of the antipsychotic haloperidol which as just been started for a schizophrenia related illness (I had IC before that med) which gives me anhedonia and make me very apathetic and sleepy. I have neglected myself I know. I don't want to change antipsychotics as this is the most stable I've been in ages. My care know about my incontinence issues but I can't be open with them because I'm embarrassed.

I need motivation to change - If I continue not doing kegels is this going to get worse? What is the progression?

How can I rectify this?

With your physicians' permission, may I recommend pelvic floor physical therapy? Kegels are useless if not done correctly, which makes instruction by a qualified physical therapist necessary. Good luck.

I have not motivation.

What would happen if I left it and waited for the apathy and anhedonia to pass hopefully my endorphins come back and I feel some pleasure in life again. Would it remain the or bet better or get worse?
