Hello all,
I'd like you input on a rough draft of guidelines I have established for CARING. Eligibility does NOT depend on income alone except for very few circumstances. Rather it depends on falling within eligibility categories. Within these categories family size and income influences percentage of montly cost covered. Here is what I have so far:
Parent of 2 or more special needs incontinent children without Medicaid=100% coverage 50,000 or less Parent of 2 or more special needs incontinent children without Medicaid =75% coverage 90,000 or less

What do you all think? I haven't yet delineated every percentage of every category but this is a start. I think these categories are quite generous and should meet every need. I know how hard times are.
