Sorry to exclude the male sufferers in this post (maybe hormone replacement would be helpful for them too), but I've been doing loads of research. What it shows is that vaginal estrogen may help stress and urge incontinence! Even if it doesn't help incontinence directly, bioidentical hormones reverse aging according to Suzanne Somers so you can benefit if you're suffering from hot flashes, night sweats, flat moods, UTIs, etc. Now I would imagine many of you will be more convinced with medical expert opinions than Suzanne Somers as a source. So below are some medical publications about the benefits. Incidentally, estrogen cream is widely available on Amazon.
"Vaginal estrogen ring helps overactive bladder - an ultra-low-dose estradiol vaginal ring (Estring). Vaginal estrogen cream can help manage overactive bladder symptoms, but creams can be messy and must be reapplied several times a week." More effective than Ditropan in study.

"Published data support the effectiveness and endometrial safety of low-dose local estrogen therapies. These results further support the general recommendation by the North American Menopause Society that a progestogen is not needed for endometrial protection in patients using low-dose local vaginal estrogen. Benefits of long-term therapy for vaginal atrophy include sustained relief of symptoms as well as physiological improvements (eg, decreased vaginal pH and increased blood flow, epithelial thickness, secretions)."

"With vaginal estrogen, Symptoms of urinary frequency and nocturia showed a significant decrease for both oral and topical treatment after three months.
Local estrogen therapy has been shown to increase urethral closing pressure with improvement of urge incontinence symptoms
In addition, uninhibited bladder contractions were noted to decrease in those using vaginal estrogen.
Fifty one percent of the patients treated with the ring had improvement in nocturia"
"
Conclusion: For post-menopausal women who experience vaginal and lower urinary tract symptoms and do not wish to take oral estrogen, the use of intravaginal estrogen can offer significant benefit with low risk. "
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3252029/ - 2009 publication
"After menopause, a woman's body produces less estrogen. This drop in estrogen may contribute to deterioration of the supportive tissues around the bladder and urethra, weakening the tissues and potentially aggravating stress incontinence.
Applying low-dose, topical estrogen in the form of a vaginal cream, an estrogen-containing ring or a patch may help rejuvenate deteriorating tissues in the vagina and urinary tract and relieve some incontinence symptoms."
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-con ... t-20044220"The review found that significantly more women who received local (vaginal) oestrogen for incontinence reported that their symptoms improved compared to placebo. There was no evidence about whether the benefits of local oestrogen continue after stopping treatment but this seems unlikely as women would revert to having naturally low oestrogen levels."

"Vaginal estrogen cream. A low dose applied to the inside of your vagina or urethra may help ease stress or urge incontinence. Estrogen patches or pills taken by mouth won’t work as well."
