As we know I have been sick with a stomach virus. I felt good today, no vomiting and only a little diarrhea this morning. I picked up my anti nausea, anti stomach cramp meds and took an immodium and thought I was set for the day. I was walking to the house where I walk dogs and started having diarrhea. I had a northshore supreme on and thank goodness it did its job. There wasn't as much as it felt but had I not had protection on I wouldn't have been screwed. I was able to clean up with wipes and get on with my day without any further problems. I can't wait to get this virus out of my body!!!!!
