Hey guys Haven't been on since the site went down. Things have been going pretty well for the most part. I seem to have gotten the flu but not once but TWICE. Damn having a weak immune system. My incontinence is pretty much the same. I have some days which are better than others. Re: my leg. I seem to have hurt it when I tried to do some exercises. So I'm gonna lay off that for awhile. And I have to use my cane which is a total bummer. Anyway just wanted to say hi. I hope everyone is well |
