Took a trip to visit family in Pennsylvania. Two and a half weeks of sleeping on a couch. I had to watch how much liquid intake I had as my neices were staying as well. I am home now and trying to get back into a normal routine but it is not easy. Last night I woke up with stomach pain and ended up with the runs for two hours. Today I feel dryed out but every time I drink something with in a few minutes I have to go pee so I hope this all gets better.

Sleeping on a couch? I hope your system recovers, and soon. I hope you were up in the mountains, where the summers are at least tolerable.

Yep. My parents Pa. house is on a mountain. I forgot mention that The AC in my car is not working so I had to drive back in the heat. I think that is some of my issues as I have drank a lot of water to try to get my body to feel hydrated hydrated enough. The couch I was sleeping on was good but I was difficult to drink as much as I normally do as I didn't want to chance messing up the couch. Also I have been bound up. I know I is in part due to being dehydrated. I am drinking a lot more today so. Big issue with that is running to the bathroom every few minutes to pee. And running water almost makes me have an accident.

I hope things improve soon! One point though you will no doubt be loosing trace elements my medical advisor told me to drink dead flat (leave top off) no fizz coke to put them back. I would have a chat with your medical team to make sure things are ok!

All the best.
