Good evening everyone,

After a great deal of thought and suggestions from some of our members here, we have finally put together the new additions to the forum rules. Basically there are three parts. First is about the user names. We felt it was the consensus here to keep those clean and non suggestive. I did like the idea to just using our given names and to those that are comfortable doing that, I encourage you to continue. I think it will give any new members a sense of community and help them feel comfortable and at home while allowing them to use their screen names to ask questions and still be part of the discussion till they get to a better state. Second, is about the fetish topic. Again we felt it was the consensus to have a firm separation spelled out. Now I understand that the topic will come up from time to time and depending on the context, things should be fine but it spells out the endorsement of any fetish will not be allowed. After all his is a incontinence support forum. I personally fought with this one because I didn't want to censor thought or expression but the fact is, this is not the venue for that kind of stuff. A very extreme example of this is a rape survivers forum. It would not even be close to appropriate to let someone mention anything about having a rape fetish. That would be totally across the line. Again, that is a very extreme example but I think we can see the point.
Last thing was about PM's. It was brought up that people were not allowed to send PM's to others that did not ask if they could. I could not find anything here saying that was not allowed so we stated you can message other members but if asked not to, you must respect that. Also no one can send threats or harass people using the messaging system.

Thanks to everyone that shared your thought and I hope these new changes will help keep the path and goal of this forum on the right track for years to come.

My username came from a generator and I don't think it would qualify as suggestive or anything, so I hope that's alright.

It's all good Hotdog. If you notice the wording it says from now on. We are not going to ask those that have existing names to change.

Thankyou Rope for posting those new guidelines. :D

Hotdog55, the only thing that's wrong with your name is it makes me hungry.
If it wasn't so late at night right now, I would go fire up the grill and put some hotdogs and brats on.
Maybe tomorrow :)

I just want to say that I personally have no problem with the ab/dl community or what they do.
What a person does in the privacy of their own homes is up to themselves. As long as it is legal.
Having to go through what we have gone through that gave all of us incontinence is not something that we want to repeat.
It can and is a very hard thing to go through and each of us deals with it differently.
I am not endorsing, or condemning, the ab/dl lifestyle. Whatever floats your boat.
But there is a place for that, and this forum isn't one of those places.

Thank you. I especially appreciate the new clarity on restricting certain topics.
