I'm just curious to know if there are any alternatives to the confidry 24/7's. They have done really well for me in managing really bad accidents as I have. It deals really well with large bowel accidents and wetting accidents. But out would be nice to know there was an alternative out there which could be as performent as the 24/7's.

I have had great success with the NorthShore Supreme. Though I'm not bowel incontinent. Others have said before it's a good alternative to the Confidry.

Hi Mia,

As you know, I am double incontinent. The NorthShore Supreme is an excellent diaper for anyone who is bowel incontinent. It has excellent and very tall internal standing leak guards.

i have been using the Forsite AM/PM for the last month as an alternitive to the confidry 24/7 the last batch I recieved no longer has the large logo plastered on the front of the diaper.

The confidry is still my main choice but have been thinking of changing to the forsite brand.

The Rearz Inspire+ is another outstanding diaper. It's similar in thickness to the Dry 24/7 and has somewhat greater capacity.

I have also used the Forsite AM PM, and find them to be very good. Also, Bambino and ABUniverse are excellent quality diapers. However, the Bambino and ABUniverse are definitly ABDL oriented. For some reason, I find diapers from that community are a lot better than from some other incontinent supply companies. I wonder why that is? They are also more expensive...fewer changes so maybe it evens out.

Plastic backed Abena M/L 4....technically won't hold as much as dry 24/7 but hardly ever leak for me...dry 247 leak like a sieve for me. It's all about fit. I am a heavy bed wetter, wetting several times each night are rarely have leaks with my Abenas.

I also second the recommendation for Nortshore Supremes. Even the Northshore Supreme "Lites" make pehnominal day time diapers and hold a shocking amount for a diaper dubbed "lite".

Yeah, thanks for the suggestion. I too have a lot of wettings so I usually have to see what can handle both 1&2, it's very frustrating when it leaks, I can understand..... Already inconvenienced by briefs and it's just worse.... So far I haven't leaked with the confidry, I went for the small confidry since the abena m4 which was what I was using before was actually a tiny bit big for me, but nevertheless fit okay.
The confidry has a really good fit, I can't say much about night time though, I don't move a lot during my sleep and I sleep on my back to avoid getting a UTI (from the night bowel accident)

If you don't care about the print design, I've found Crinklz to be far superior to even Confidry. No kidding they hold double of a Confidry, and have really tall leak guards for holding everything in. They are stupidly overbuilt, but nothing comes close to their level of performance.

I've been using them for overnight, and as a side sleeper have not experienced a single leak when using just this diaper alone. One big downside though, they are really expensive.

I believe Crinklz has a non ABDL plain white version called Better Dry....hard to get in US though.
