I wonder if I should go to purchasing new onsies/bodys. Do you have any tips? What do you use?
I use thick quality diapers around the clock. It is important for me that the body makes diaper not saggy.

Onesies will vary in fit from manufacturers. Only get one, and wash it before you wear it. This way you'll know if it fits you before you risk getting a bunch of them.

My first onesie I purchased had the poppers in the crotch area and I found it awkward to pop the press studs because I'm overweight. I found a onesie that has the press stud positioned on the waist called the Joey Vest and it's really easy to fashion it standing up.

Well I broke down and bought a onesie to wear. I am wondering if it is going to be more trouble than it is worth. The reason is my underwear does a good job at holding the diaper in place, but doesn't do a good job at hiding it if I have to bend over or have to work on something over my head. I have gotten to a point where I just want to say screw it I don't care anymore who sees it or what they think. My wife on the other hand does tell me to pull down my shirt or pulls it down for me if doing does things that causes my shirt to rise above my waist line exposing some part of the diaper.

The reason I feel it will be troublesome is when I am rushing to the bathroom to hopefully make it, the extra steps to unbutton the onesie, pull it up far enough so I can pull the diaper down enough to go; Well those extra steps might be enough for my bladder to go "you almost made it" Plus, the issue of going #2, I know Rob address this one time, but I'm concern about the long portion dropping into the commode.

Tried searching for tips on the internet and reinforce why this website was created. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

not sure if you have urinary only or fecal incon, but I am urine only and don't bother trying to rush and make it any more. My urge incontinence is such that maybe 30-40% of the time when I have to urinate, it's a guaranteed accident. I could probably make it the other 60% of the time. But I'm wearing a diaper anyway. I just use my diaper pretty much all the time for now. It took me a while to come to this conclusion, I even felt guilty using my diaper if I didn't actually need to. But I've ruined or broken really good seals on so many diapers trying to get to the bathroom, partially untape etc. It never fits as good after that. It's easier for me now to just always use my diaper.

Probably not a worthwhile strategy with fecal incon as I'd imagine it's always worthwhile to try to avoid that clean up project.

Normally I wear long length shirts. The onese is more fool proof, but I did find having the button snaps slightly burdensome. With the shirts I can tuck them in, and they almost never come untucked.

Fredrik,

As Brian has noted, the same size onesie will vary in torso length slightly from one manufacturer to the next. Torso length is critical to giving you just the amount of support you require. So, experiment until you find a vendor that sells the onesie that fits you best and then buy several and stay with that vendor.

I prefer onesies with plastic snaps. Being non-metallic, they do not set off alarms at an airport TSA inspection when I travel. :D For me they last longer than my onesises with metal snaps. I prefer the ones from Fetware/DryWear at:

Mike, I feel I am lucky with only have urinary incon and once and a blue moon fecal. The fecal usually happens when I eat something that doesn't like me. For the most part I try to make it to the bathroom, but usually don't.

Thanks for the link JD, never thought about the metal snaps setting off a metal detector.
