If there's one thing that instills complete and total fear in me, it's hearing that a company is discontinuing the brand of diaper that I use. Paul Hartmann did just that a couple years ago with their Molicare Super Plus line. It seemed like they were gonna join the bandwagon of manufacturers who had swapped over to cloth backed diapers that are more "discrete."

Just wanted to give an FYI that they have indeed discontinued their Super Plus line of diapers, but the good news is that they've been replaced by the Molicare Slip Maxi, which is literally the EXAXT SAME diaper.

Well actually a couple things have changed. They are light blue instead of purple, and the tapes don't say "Molicare" anymore. But the sizing, fit, comfort level, and most importantly, absorbency are the same as before. The plastic does feel slightly thinner but that doesn't affect anything.

Old stock number for small was #169470, new is 165531
Old stock number for medium was #169670, new is 165532
Old stock number for medium was #169870, new is 165533

Makes me wonder why they even bothered to change anything at all. I really hope this means Hartmann is going to keep these in production for a while and not give me another heart attack.

Thanks for doing the research Ski. I needed to reorder and was a bit panicked when I saw the name change.

After Finding my goto protection. Northshore Air Supreme I was happy to discover
that the ID Slip Maxi was Virtually the same Item and available from XP,, alas XP stopped carrying that item.
so now if Northshore was to somehow lose the one I use I would be hosed. having been through everything from AMBEZE in the late 70s
to the current products the Northshore was the first that I would categorize as almost perfect for my day use
