Since my bedwetting started, I've ramped up to wetting most nights. I'd probably say every night, maybe with a dry night sprinkled in here and there. Last night was the wettest night I've ever had. I didn't even drink much water or other fluids in the evening.

Went to bed with an Abena L4 and woke up to it leaking around 230. It wasn't a bad tape job or gap anywhere, it was bulging at capacity. So I got up, cleaned up, put a towel on the bed to cover the smallish wet spot and put a Dry 24/7 on. Surely, I'd wake up dry in the morning? Nope, at 7am the Dry 24/7 was very swollen. Not leaking and not at capacity but getting close to it.

Not sure what that was all about. I do have early type II diabetes and am wondering if maybe my blood sugar was abnormally high and my body was trying to clear it. Just found this interesting as I have wet more than once in a night before but never this volume.

If this promises to be long-term, you might consider purchasing an inventory of washables and plastic pants. Granted that this would be a steep up-front expense, and there is a learning curve to using them successfully, washables can be layered to provide as much absorbency as you need, and they last so long that they are actually cheaper than disposables.

Hopefully not long term. If it is I'll just start popping an abri let max booster in there. Cloth ain't for me.

I know your body also goes through natural cycles of retaining and loosing water. From time to time I've had similar days/nights like you describe.

I'd say just keep watch of your fluid intake and output for now. If this continues then it could be a sign for something else going on. Otherwise you should return to your normal even by tomorrow.
