So I was looking online for various solutions that may work and come with minimal physical discomfort. I came across something called a "cunningham clamp". Basically it is a clamp around foam padding that men can use to squeeze urethra shut. I am not sure how effective thst may be for me as I seem to have combination of 2 leakages- one is some dribbling and paddling. That is actually not as bothersome. Other times I have like this sudden urge gonna pee or whatnot and it like leaks within minute or so- kinda urge incontinence doc says... anyways I don't know how effective this may be for me compared with a good old tape on padding

Has anyone else(mainly males- not sure women ever really use this) here had any experiences with cunningham clamps? Any pain?

Sorry but those are INCREDIBLY PAINFUL.

Not only do they clamp your urethra shut, but they clamp off the blood supply to the tip of your penis too. I got one because I can't consciously hold my pee any more, and thought it would work great for when I need to give a urine sample. Clamp it off for 30 minutes and I'd have enough backed up to give a sample, yea right. Except you can't use it for more than 5 minutes before turning purple with all that associated pain.

And yes I did start off trying to clamp it off very lightly, but move stand or walk even a little and you'll leak out all over the place and defeat the point of using it in the first place. It unfortunately has to be tight enough to stop the fluids from flowing, which means urine just as much as blood. Given this, I highly recommend AGAINST using a clamp.

Ouch!!!! OK yeah I am definitely very weak and averse to pain down there. I will definitely stay away from those. I don't want my dick and balls to fall off!

Incidentally that is how to castrate a cow. Tie off their balls really tight and let them rot off. Poor cows can't reach back there, so their stuck.

I can NOT believe they call the Cunningham clamps a solution for incontinence..... yeah solve the problem of a leaky dick by making it fall off painfully! >.<
Definitely not into that kind of CBT (Cock Ball Torture) - though my therapist does have me do CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
