1. i wear tranquility all through the night and they seem to stretch while im wearing them and the waistband rolls down throughout the day. i had the same problem with the waistband with the confidry. i get them through my insurance and this is the most premium i could get, so switching brands isnt possible. im thinking underwear on top would help.
any thoughts?

2. im sick with a stomach virus and couldnt be more grateful for diapers.

You can also use suspenders to hold your adult diaper. Just clip them and your pants together. This should keep the top from roiling down. It works for me.

Justej,
I would get a sample of that size and give it a try to see if that would fix your issue with your fit. I use Tranquility ATN when Im not wearing my Foley. I wear mediums but I also can wear a large too. I wear compression shorts on over the top in the summer and body stockings in the cool months.

The medical supply place I get my diapers from is calling their supplier to see if they can get abena. (See my post total diaper fail). They are also seeing if they can get me some plastic pants. They are supposed to call me back at noon

Hi justej

I wear compression/stretch briefs to keep the diaper in place day and night. As an alternative you can wear cycling Lycra type shorts found in any store I found a pair in a sale bin once and do the job just the same.

Just found out plastic pants are not covered under dc medicaid. So Ill have to get them out of pocket.
Greenbank, pardon my ignorace, but where do you buy compression pants?

Does anyone know the cheapest place to get plastic pants? The ones i have I bought for $18 at a local medical supply place. Is that pretty much the going rate? How many should I buy if im using them every day?

Sorry for all the questions

Hi justej

Never be sorry that is what this great community has at its core, incontinence raises so many life questions I for one am happy to help fellow sufferers in any small way I can.

I source compression pants from sports or the famous online retailer they have various styles to fit the needs of the user. I have previously mentioned that skorts are great too in hot weather as provide a skirt to hide diaper bulge and allow for airflow.

When out I pack three pairs of plastic pants in my man bag (diaper bag) try online for cheaper options. I wear Spartan when out as they have a normal fabric outer look and a waterproof inner other options are available.
