I had bought several cases of Prevail Breezer diapers from an ad on Craig's List. After I had used a number of packages I found that some packages had the velcro tapes on backwards, just on the two tapes on the right side. So what I had was a smooth tape that would not hold at all. I found out that I could peel the blue velcro tape off turn it over and re-stick it on the tab and it would hold fairly well! So after using several of those 16 count packages oif diapers I decided to contact Prevail.
I went to their site and sent an e-mail to their customer service folks. They e-mailed me back in less than an hour and gave me a name and phone number to call. I called and talked to a very helpful woman in customer service. She was very concerned and wanted to send me an entire case of the Breezer diapers. I told her that I had just called to alert them to the issue. I was amazed at their customer service. She also promised to send me a sample of their new extended wear diaper as well.
I was very pleasantly surprised at their customer service, especially since I had bought these on Craig's List. I just wanted you all to know. When most companies are trying to do the very least possible, I think it is so great to find a company like this. Also, if any of you have tried any of their extended wear or the PM diapers, I would be curious as how they work for you.
