I haven't posted in a long time but thought I would check in.
I had a series of MRI's (brain, spine, and lumbar) this last week. Except for finding what they think is a cyst in my nasal cavity (which explains the constant runny nose!) Everything was fine.
I have an appointment with a new urologist on the 27th because my old one (who I loved) left. I wanted a woman urologist but there were none that specialized in incontinence.
Im praying that this guy is nice.
So things are pretty much the same. Im sure Im in for more poking and prodding.

One other thing. I found that in order to avoid wearing diapers I've been dehydrating myself. I've decided to give in because this (obviously) isn't healthy. I'll go all day without drinking water or anything else.

That's what I was doing until about six months ago..... and I still struggle to adjust and adapt. I feel better, healthier, when diapered and hydrated though so I keep on struggling. Welcome back!

Greetings, Justej. I accidentally do this all the time. By 3PM or 4PM, I feel awful: headache, depression, fatigue. Eventually it dawns on me that I have had zero fluids except a cup of tea very early in the morning and a few ounces of water at lunch. This seems to be a subconscious habit to reduce trips to the bathroom. Wearing a diaper helps. It also helps to keep a couple of nalgenes full of water ready at hand.

Thanks for the welcome back porkchop!
And to both of you: yea dehydration is no joke. I basically have no control over my bladder so the only way I felt I had some control was to not drink anything. I stayed dry (for the most part) but have been miserable. Headaches, fatigue, etc. It was the pits.

@Noe and @JustEJ,

Seems like we need to be keeping each other accountable for our hydration... 8) :shock:

Guys, you all know you can go without food longer than water and Porkchop when you went through basic, I know they told you that. Drink all the water you want that diaper will catch it and change it when it get full. Your body will feel a lot better for it.

Oh god. I can't even imagine wearing a diaper through basic training. With the water they had us drinking I would have had to change even a confidry every 15 minutes.
