I know we all have had this happen from time to time, but I just wanted to cry today. I knew today would be rough as my bladder started acting up first thing this morning. Well later today my bladder let loose with a flood and it over filled the diaper's capacity and caused my crotch to be wet along with my underwear holding the diaper in place and my tucked in shirt. I normally do not have a change of clothes at work, but if this continues I guess that will be my new norm. Wonder how many people will notice I changed clothes at work if I have too.

Sorry you had a rough day. If you wear the same type of clothing every day, i.e., jeans and a t-shirt, I doubt most people would notice a wardrobe change mid-day. If someone does notice, you could say that you spilled coffee or soda, and that you keep a change of clothes handy because it happens once in a while. Just don't wear bright-colored shirts.

True, I get to wear business casual, jeans are allowed on Fridays or if I know I will be doing dirty work. For the most part pants are dark gray or brown as for shirts all different colors.

Black or navy would be best, no khakis. I love my gray flannel slacks, but I almost never wear them - only when I can easily make interim trips to the restroom before my bladder fills up.

Sorry you had a bad day, I always were dark clothes and try to were similar clothes everyday. But sometimes know matter how hard you plan, accident will happen. I hope tomorrow will be a better day for you.

Definitely keep a change of clothes somewhere or, if your car is very nearby, in your car.

Most people,will never notice a change unless you go from dark pants to a lite colour. I try to only wear black pants whe out at work and have a matching pair or Close to the same colour pants in my back pack .

Mi made a mistake of not having a change of pants once and of course it was a day I leaked I have on choice but to dry my pants using the hand dryer in the bathroom and wear the same pants for the 2 hour drive home.

Now I make sure my back pack is always fully stocked

I regretted reading of your difficult day. Including a change of clothing in your backpack or duffle bag, along with your changing supplies, is always a good idea. I hope you have ready access to a handicapped restroom where you work, and that you can use it as needed. And yes, an accident can be emotionally draining. Get some rest, and report back when you can. You have earned it.

Hopefully things have gotten better and this isn't an issue anymore.
