I use a vinyl matteress protector, matteress pads. Diaper. Booster, and plastic pants. I still leak sometimes. I think stress from school can effect my bed wetting. I wear diapers 24/7 now for peace of mind but rarely wet during day though I have had some accidents mostly when driving, it's tough to find a clean girls room when driving. I hope this will get better.

Good luck, and make sure to talk to your doctors for advice.

For bed wetting, I got the advise on here. Wear two diapers, on the first one make a cut in it so the over flow can drain to the second one. I use a cloth one for the first diaper and my overnight vinyl covered as the second one. Your bed will stay drier. I cant remember who recommended this, I think it was John. " Good Luck hope this will help "

To be honest, I have not had the Dry 24/7 leak on me yet.... (fingers crossed). What diaper are you wearing that leaks so regularly? Good news is that at least you know you are hydrated! That is a good thing ma'am!!!

Right - I mentioned "double diapering" for night! :D It works, but the downside is the expense of using two diapers. Accordingly, I save this method for when I am on travel.

For small leaks, wear one good disposable diaper with a booster pad, plastic pants, then a second, larger pair of plastic pants on top of that. The second pair should be large enough for cloth diapers so that it fits entirely over the first pair of plastic pants. Any leaks past the first pair will be caught by the second pair. Both of mine are PUL material.

Also, for larger leaks, try wearing a cloth diaper on top of a disposable with a booster pad. If the disposable does not leak you do not need to launder the cloth diaper. I usually only need to launder my cloth diaper every 4 - 6 days.

Joe, are you a side sleeper? I am and that is one of the reasons for using a cloth diaper.

Do to the pain meds I take, I have to drink a lot of water. I have tried them all, and none will hold me if I actually get to sleep. The wellness diaper for me are the best but, they are extremely expensive, and my wallet isn't deep enough to pay for them. So I will double up with a cheap cloth style and cover with my plastic covered diaper.

I usually wear attends or tena diapers with plastic pants. I'll try the two diapers with the cut out. Thanks.

Good luck with that experimenting, and let us know how it goes!! Man, but that sounds like a lot of work for you guys and gals to diaper up at night!! I am lucky that one Dry 24/7 is enough for me I guess!
