Hi there my name is Nic, I am 34 I have always suffered from incontence since a child I grew up healthy till I was about 11, I have always worn nappy's as I never was able to control my bladder at night and day time issues started so I was put in nappy's full time. I have seen many drs about my problem been diagnosed with urge incontence and bladder spasms resulting in the problems I have, I manage well life have never been easy but I cope well so ive been told by family members I don't like talking much about my issues as most people don't always understand fully. I hope I can chat and talk about my issues and meet a great bunch of friends on hear.

Welcome to the community I too suffer with urge incontence so frustrating and after so many years of resistance I too wear diapers 24/7 yes I feel the same as you however wearing diapers has given me a life I did not expect to have free of the stress of finding a loo and panicking when I wet myself without knowing and the embarrisment of having wet clothes I am a lot happier person now.

Look after yourself you have found a place here that is truly fantastic.

Yes thank you my friend I remember the times my parents used to changed me when I was much younger mum used to say I can't help it it's something that you can't control I learnt quickly how to change without having leaks my parents were always accomadating and supported me my friend got to know early on that I was a bit different and used to wet the bed.
Going on holidays have never been easy the flight and changing have always be the hardest part the airline toilets are not the best I always used to change just before we boarded the flight and put a booster pad inside the nappy worked much better for me lovely to meet you and thank you
