First they didn't put my apartment number on my package and I had to fight FedEx to get it delivered today and when it was finally delivered its the wrong damn thing. They sent me the air supreme briefs instead of the supreme briefs. And of course its Saturday so they are closed and of course I really needed these.

I hate my life.

Also there is no way I can haul a 30 pound package to a FedEx office to ship the goddamn things back.
I spent 80 dollars on a case. 80 dollars that I can't even afford in the first place.

:( :x

Hi Justej

Sorry you are going though this.

When you call them on Monday they will fix the issue, they can email you a FedEx return label and fedex will pickup the wrong package form your place. It's a pain when mistakes happen and more so when its a needed product.

They may even just send the correct order and let you keep the wrong shipment most reputable companies stand behind their products and mistakes.

Just be calm and cool when you call and explain what happens and all should be handled quickly

Rob

Rob is correct, Northshore can email you a return label and FedEx will pick up the 30 lb box from your front door so there is NO need to take the package anywhere. If your a veteran with an honorable discharge you can receive free incon supplies from the VA to include Northshore diapers as well as other brands. If your not a veteran, you might be able to find some good deals on Craigslist for diapers, but probably not for Northshore products. I know I have seen Molicare, and Abena M4's on Craigslist in my local area before. You have to keep checking and eventually you will find some. Cheer up, ......things could ALWAYS be worse. Just call Northshore on Monday and in a nice way, tell them your not a happy camper. I'm sure if you are nice about (no one likes dealing with anyone that is rude, so be NICE about it) and ask them to fix the problem(s) you've encountered. I can not speak on behalf of Nothrshore, but they "might" even give you a FREE package, or two for your trouble. :>) I seem to have heard some place that having happy customers is good for business.

Hope this helps. :>)

I'm very sorry to hear of the mix-up with your order. I understand this is a big inconvenience for you. We will get this corrected for you at no cost to you since it was our error. If customer service gives you a problem, please let them know to contact me if they have questions.

Our customer service department is available at 800-563-0161 on weekends as well. We answer phone/emails/live chats on Saturdays from 8am to 2pm Central and Sundays 8am to Noon Central. However, FedEx won't pickup any boxes on weekends so your corrected order would ship on Monday. Make sure you have the rep verify that the apt number is added in to your account to prevent the delay next time.

Sincerely,
Adam (Owner)
NorthShore Care Supply

Customer service is a lost art, it's truly a shame. Apparently Northshore is a company that "gets it" that's great that they're willing to take care of a mistake and make things right......great job!!!!

Class act Adam. Wished other companies would have customer service like this. It is upsetting when you need something so personal and you do not get what you order. Glad to hear it is getting straighten out.
