Hi all, I damaged ligaments in my left elbow yesterday as well as bruising the alna nerve. Changing is excruciating right now, and I don't know if it's because I'm not getting the nappy straight or maybe tight enough one handed, but I'm now incredibly sore under my bum cheeks at the top of my thighs, where the elastic has been rubbing. Just a little update! |

i can definitely empathize, cheryl. my leg is broken in 4 places and its tough putting on a diaper, especially when im out! regarding the soreness, maybe you are putting it on too tight? i sometimes get sore on the bottom of my butt cheeks if i dont get it on right. hopefully you heal soon and can adjust to the hardships of putting on a diaper one handed! |

You both have my sympathies! It's very tough trying to manage when you have limb problems - especially putting on nappies (diapers). Let's hope you both heal up soon. |
