I dont quite understand how it happened but im still dry.. i guess those first two therapy sessions really strengthened my pelvic muscles, and the distraction and squeeze techique she showed me really works well.. i have not had many opportunites, or rather have not taken many opportunities to do the at home excersices, but i wiill eventually, but so far, despite that im still dry...knock on wood!

well done - but, really, find the time to do the exercises to make it long term.
