Hey, something just occurred to me. A potentially embarrassing situation happened to me a few minutes ago. Was at my parent's house for a family gathering..and apparently my shirt wasnt pulled down over top my diaper.. and it was showing in the back..and i didnt realize it until my mom pointed out to me.. I asked her, did anyone say anything? She said no.. and i relaxed somewhat. Instead of panicing, it occured to me that most people from a distance couldn't really tell a white cloth backed brief from a white pair of underwear.. and, as it's been pointed out numerous times, most adults have the decorum to not say anything if they do notice.. and seeing how two of my aunts who were visiting were nurses.. one retired, id say chances are good theyd be discreet if they did notice.. but, with a white diaper..who can realyl tell from a distance? Just the same, if this problem continues much longer, i will invest in a couple onesies..im holding out for now until i see whether the treatment works or not.. id rather not shell out 30 bucks for somehting ill only use for a little while. Granted. i could cut the bottom off and make it into a regular t shirt..but i already have enough t shirts.. anyway.. just thought id share my thoughts on this..

A quick bit of trimming with a pair of scissors works even better, all that material at the back along the top is pretty well useless, along with the front on some brands! Puffy

Go on line and look up I think it is Duluth shirts. They have a cute commercial with a plumber trying to hide his butt crack. They make shirts with a few extra inches in length so they don't ride up. I would be willing to bet for the $60 you would spend on one onesie you can get a few of there shirts.

True enough rope.. but the shirts would NOT have the support the onsie would have if the diaper starts to sag..right now i wear underwear to keep my diaper up and free from sagging, as well as cut down on noise, which yes, does happeen even when your'e wearing cloth backed diapers from time to time. Also, where did you get the idea that a onsie costs 60? ive never seen em THAT expensive!

You can get them here http://easyaccessclothing.com/ and a whole lot cheaper, and VERY well made. I have 3 and all are holding up to wash & wear very well. Puffy

I wear plastic pants over my disposable diapers, and they do show above the waist of my pants. However, I wear my shirts out and they are long enough to cover the top of my pants and conceal the diaper most of the time. Can people tell if I'm wearing a diaper? Sure they can, if they know what they're seeing. My wife can see the bulk of my diaper under my pants, but maintains that if she didn't already know that I was wearing a diaper, she wouldn't suspect that I was. From a distance, plastic pants could simply be underwear, but if they're seen close up, it's pretty obvious what they are. Family knows that I wear diapers 24/7 for bladder incontinence, and sometimes others are going to find out too. It's a bit humiliating, but something I've simply had to accept.

Rather a bit of bulk from the diaper, than soaking pants...
Well if you don't know where to look, like most people don't, then they can't tell I'm wearing a diaper.

However I spoke with one who's incontinent as well, and He told me, that if you are going to look for others who wears diapers, then look at their behind and the missing crack between the buttocks....that's about the only "give away" when dressing normal.

I remember seeing a girl in college with plastic pants sticking above her waistband. She worked the front desk of my dorm, and was in a wheel chair (I would guess CP but I don't really know). At the time I was not really in the know so far as incontinence went, but I still knew what I was looking at.

I would also imagine that anyone who has raised young children in the last 20-30 years would easily recognize a disposable over the belt line.
