Being incon can be a lot for anyone to deal with at any age. Just be glad you don't have severe pain with your incontinence. What does your doc tell you? |

It certainly makes life alot tougher, that is for sure. The thing I look at is the bigger picture, for me it could be much worse, and I have to remind myself that quite often. I am still able to participate in all the stuff I enjoy, with some modifications of course, I can walk, talk, run if I HAVE to,  eat and most nights, with the proper apparel, get a good sleep. I would not wish it upon anyone else to have to deal with it, but I try to handle it the best I can, keep your chin up!  Puffy
