Well I guess the title says it all,

Switched to Tena Pants plus for men for comfort and getting the Australian government paying for them since my last update.

Sometimes I can go for weeks or months without issues of leakage or Spasms, I know I guess I should be grateful but I cant cope with the inconsistance and kinda feel like a fake if I dont have bladder inconsistancy (my G.P knows this even before she organised a continence nurse to meet with me).

I am a Black or white (no middle ground) minded person (due to my Asperger's Syndrome and OCD) hope this makes sense.

Kinda wished they could completely fix the issue so I can have faith in my bladder or make it so (I know this sounds wrong) make it worse so my bladder is consistant either way. My psychologist and G.P knows I have issues accepting and my thoughts around this. Just wished they could do something as it is bad enough having to wear the Pullup/diaper in the first place then this .

Hope this makes sense

Hi Tom 23
You did not say when you are having incointinence issues.
If its more when you lie down it may be because the detrusor muscle can contract sometimes and cause you to want to pee.
Raising your legs by putting a pillow underneath can help lessen the effect. There are hormonal patches you can buy to treat this prblem.
If it happens during the day at odd occassions you may want to consider strengthening your pelvic muscles .
The exercise is simple but needs to be done correctly ( to learn how to do it go to: www.repairincontinence.net/incontinence-treatments.html and go to Kegel exrecises
That is by far the best way to control incontinence.
Drugs have minimal effect and generally are short term.

If you do the exercise correctly every day 3-5 times as instructed you should see an improvement within 2-3 weeks.
good luck
Rossco
