Had a idea for an electronic voiding diary a few months back. At the time there were no apps available (that i saw) for this purpose. I recently started on bladder medication and was thinking this would be beneficial for my doctor but I have had such a hard time remembering to write things down.

From what I see now there are two apps on itunes that are costly and both have bad reviews. A quick search did not yield much on google play either.

I want to make a free app to help. This will be for Android and iOS(iphone, iPad) devices with a way to get the reports out.

Would anyone be interested in discussing this? What i need to know is if you were going to use an app like this what would you want it to log? Are there any features it should have?

I hope I don't offend anyone with this. This isn't a marketing pitch. I just see a need and I have the desire and know how to do something about it.

Thanks for your time! Please message me if you have any questions or concerns.

P.S. I wrote this on my phone, please go easy on me with regards to formatting :)

Sounds like a good idea. Basic features would probably include tracking voiding time, size (s/m/l), type (urine/BM). Should also include option to track when protection (pads/pull-up/diaper) was changed. Advanced features could graph the data, offer alarms to remind when it's time to void (if using timed voiding) or time to change the pad.

Let me know if you need help testing it :)

Thanks for the input! I did not even think about the timed voiding!

What kind of device do you have?I am looking into a few different cross platform solutions (titanium, sencha) but since my day to day phone is Android I will probably focus on Android first.

If anyone is interested in testing please post here and list what device you have.

I just found an app called idry. This seems to be an excellent app for helping and keeping track.
