I would say a onesie really really REALLY helps the figure line
It smooths things out and gives one a lot more flexibility in clothing- I am able to wear shorts in summertime with a nappy on underneath
my onesie. I have several i usually wear on regular basis that i bought off ebay.

I agree that we should not really shame people for 'wearing diapers'. It is quite silly. But it is definitely understandable
to want to avoid people who smell terrible.... so there is that factor. I guess so long as you make sure to smell lovely
and keep up general appearances, everything should be fine and dandy- even if you got a nappy on underneath.

I wear micro boxers over my diaper, it is more for support than to hind them, but it does a great job in hiding them. My incontinence didn't come over time it was over night. I went in for a simple surgery that went bad and now diaper for the rest of my life. It has taken some time to adjust to my new life, it come with a list of other problems. People have no idea what we go through just to visit or a short trip. I guess what I'm tiring to say, kiss my diaper if you don't like it.
