I am with you Puddleguy, I also am a BIG fan of the cloth from Babykins. With or without the cover, they are the top of my list, I just wish the All-in-one was not so noisy, but I still love them, Puffy

Babykins makes some very good plastic pants, and probably the best AIO on the market. I've never tried their terry line pants, buy it makes sense that they would be a very good product and woth a try the next time I need to buy more pants.

I am newly back to this forum but thought I'd share how I deal with this.
I have worn diapers the majority of my many years. As a side sleeper I too find I end up with a wet bed. I do not like this and neither does my wife. I normally wear colth diapers and Comco plastic pants day and night. With the Comco plastics and 3 cloth diapers I have never had a leak and I have woke up totally soaked!
Cloth are difficult while traveling however. When on a trip I wear Abri Form Plus during the daytime and during the night. I pin a cloth diaper over the disposable at night and cover with plastics. Not a leak yet. Occassionally the disposible will leak into the cloth diaper. I simply put it into a kitchen garbage bag until it is convenient to do some laundry.
Works for me and my wife is happy. Hopefully it will help someone else

Terry

I have also discovered this combo, of cloth over the disposable for at night, mostly when I know I am in for a worse night then normal by the evenings fluid intake. Plan ahead, and seems to work very well, Puffy

Like many, I sleep on my slide a lot and found cloth diapers and plastic pants to be the soluation but I am both bowel, and bladder incon. The KINS AIO works great for night protection for anyone that is only bladder incon and sleeps on their side.

I have tried the KINs AIO and they are pretty absorbent, but tend to leak through the waistband when lying down.

Lots of good advice here.
Generally at home i sleep in a disposable and plastic pants on a bed pad (and of course my matress is covered too). For those places though where I'm really worried about leaks, or if perhaps I've had a bit to drink of an evening I wear a premium disposable with a pair of washable All-In-One bedwetter pants over them. I'm not even sure if these are still available but think pull on cloth diaper with build in waterproof outer. The padding wraps around covering the hip areas and by buying them a little large they come down further on the leg and higher in the waist than my diaper so that anywhere the diaper leaks its leaking into what's basically a moderately absorbent cloth diaper. I have never had this combination leak despite ridiculously heavy wetting.
It is a bit bulky admittedly, but when it comes to sleep, I error on the comfort and protection side. I don't do 'high-fashion' while I'm getting my Z's.

I agree with all I have read and I appreciate so much this forum! For me, I wear disposable diapers during the day and at night I wear cloth and plastic pants. A reason for me that I don't think has been mentioned is that the cloth and plastic pants really are more comfortable!
I know they are a bit more of a problem when really wet but I wake with a dry bed 90% of the time or more and the cloth/Plastic pants are just more comforatble. I use Molicare and Abena during the day which is the best I've found for comfort and leak protection.

I can just see having an emergency situation, like a fire or something, and I have to run outside in just my diaper.

I always put my pants, long or short according to season, on the floor beside my bed at night. That way if there's a reason to leave I figure I'll always have time to slip them on over the diaper. Or if I have to let the dog out at night and one of the kids or a house guest uses the bathroom I won't find myself standing there in just a diaper.

I want to try cloth but having a diaper pail would be a problem.
