....The Always Discreet underwear were not foolproof I'm afraid. I'm going through a lot of anxiety still trying to find the right product. Might as well go back to pads for now and change them often. I really can't get over the stigma of diapers and the bulk. All of my clothes are form-fitting and they would not fit over diapers. It's really hard to go through this as a female....

Always Discreet pull-ups are very discreet but they don't have the greatest capacity. However they should handle minor leaks pretty well. From your post above it sounds like you had leaks when wearing them and that would indicate you need protection with greater capacity. Unfortunately that also generally means greater bulk and less discretion, especially under tighter clothing. You might consider adding a Northshore Booster Pad. I would recommend the extra small or small size. Even though their capacity is relatively low they will fit between the standing leak guards of the Always Discreet pull-ups and not defeat their purpose while adding a fair bit of capacity without a lot of bulk to your Always Discreet. Hopefully they will add the needed amount of capacity you need. Although I'm not female they have worked well for me in similar situations. Hope this helps!

Icgirl,

My thoughts are with you as you travel. I pray that your husband will come to terms with this. If you want to read an epic saga of people being rejected because of their incontinence and then finding better love search the forums for a thread titled "Helping another". Shoutout to Sandy!! Sandy, haven't heard from you in a coons age! Everything ok?

Here is the thread. It tells the story of a young woman who becomes severely incontinent, and another woman whose husband treats her badly. Sandy helps both of them out. One of the young ladies copes by developing her own clothing line. I highly recommend reading it.

Thank God -there were no leaks when traveling! What I'm thinking now is I have key in lock syndrome...when I open the door to my place, I immediately feel an uncontrollable urge. This generally does not happen (so far, knock on wood) in outside settings. So I was able to get away with minimal protection on my trip - Always Discreet Maximum pads. But I have to thank NorthShoreAdam - I am trying on the DynaDry Supreme pads and they seem awesome. No leaks so far to test protection but they seem to have generous capacity - far superior to Always! I would suggest anyone who is curious to get a sample of these. They are large but they still manage to fit under my tight clothes and are surprisingly discreet. And they are actually comfortable and do not rustle. I will definitely consider buying a case if my leaking worsens down the road. I've been dry for 5 days so it's been unpredictable for me. I stayed away from coffee and I think that also helped infinitely!
