Saw G.p asked what else to do regarding bladder issues she said she wanted to see if loose weight on the disc would solve it(me loosing weight as overweight ATM and stretches)as both past urologists have said nothing wrong with bladder.
Now on going to wait til when I see the nurse and see what she says/recommends

You said
Bladder behavours inc but not consistent dripping, spasms, becoming painfully full and very rarely wet when I sleep( and not that much leakage).

From what I gather you have pain when your bladder is full.

When you had the urodynamic studies preform did they also do an EMG EEG at that time?
This test would allow your doctors to determine if you have a flaccid bladder and the urodynamic along with an EMG studies would tell them if you are retaining a lot of urine. It will also tell them if it could be nerve damage.

One thing to remember none of us on here are doctors and we can only give you advice as we see it.

I have a flaccid bladder with sever retention. This type of incontinence is most command in people with back injuries and nerve damage. It also can be from MS or Neuropathy both can cause nerve damage.
Sad to say there is no cure and depending on the severity of it and your general health is what dictated what is used.

Most cases there are three different ways to help

One: you do straight in and out cathing several times a day.
Second: you use a Foley or indwelling catheter 24/7.
Third: medication but seldom works.

My doctor first tried having me straight cath up to six times a day it never worked out to his satisfactory and my hands got bad so now I use an Indwelling catheter and have for almost two years now it helps me.

Both of treatments have risk the Foley catheter your doctor should talk to you about.

When you talk about a containment nurse I am guessing you are from Europe?
I don’t know much about their health care but from some of the people I’ve e-mailed with most country’s deal with incontinence through a containment nurse and will supply your needs.

The best of luck incontinence is hard to live with just take it one day at a time.

Not too sure if an Emg (what did they do for that) as g.p was unable to printer that letter but wrote no evidence of neuropathy. But remember I couldn't relief all of it in the toilet before test and needed to go straight after and before the test.

And I'm Australian :)

Just to keep this short first I got one thing wrong it is an CMG EMG Urology Test.

When you have an urodynamic test they place electrodes in your bladder and urethra plus a Foley catheter. They also put them on your prostate and another balloon catheter in your rectum to hold in the pressure. They also put electrodes on different places on your body. Then they start to fill your bladder with sterile water and ask you to tell them when you start to feel fullness then when you need to go and then to see how much you can hold until it hurts.

This gives them info on the nerves to the brain and from the brain.
They may also recommend a needle EMG they do all of the above but they also place needles in different places for conductivity.

It is not a fun test but can show nerve damage in my case it showed I had a flaccid bladder with retention.

I hope I got it right when I had it done I was at my first time to this urologist he just had an open appointment in face it was done by his nurse PT he just read the results.

I hope this helps and I got it accurate enough so you can understand. Basically this gives them a chance to see if it is nerve damage and considering I have CIDP and autonomic neuropathy well it was a good place to start testing.

I remember 1thing going In my rectrum don't remember gaving sensors everywhere and had to tell them when I thought I was full could be wrong as it was early last year they did it. If I recall correctly they said I was holding too much( but I could be wrong) also the bladder at times can behave itself do it unreliable :( could have 1 symptom 1 day and not the other the next if that makes sense
